(Note: All lecture spots are now filled). Vendor Registration. Vendor and speaker space will fill up quickly for this exciting holistic expo. We offer a 6 foot table with table covering and 3 chairs. (If you need an 8 foot table +20 which we will invoice you separately for). Our table fees are as follows:
One vendor table with no electricity/no wall space = $100.
One vendor table WITH electricity/wall space = $120.
TWO vendor tables with no electricity/no wall space = $165
TWO vendor tables WITH electricity/wall space = $185
Internet is included with all.
Fill out the registration form and pay for your “booth” first. When you click on “Send” at the bottom of the registration form, you will be automatically taken through to the PayPal payment gateway. You do NOT need a PayPal account. You can pay securely there with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
If we haven’t worked with you previously, we will contact you after you register for an interview/sample reading.
BOOTH SIZES: The size of one “booth” is approximately 8 feet wide by 5 or 6 feet deep. The table itself is 6 feet long (or 8 feet as noted above). If you require additional space for what you do or what you are displaying, please purchase TWO spots/booths/tables. We will do our best in all to accommodate your needs.
Note: We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a future event.
